\u6642\u7cfb\u5217\u89e3\u6790\u306f\u300c\u554f\u3044\u300d\u3067\u9078\u3076\uff1a\u624b\u6cd5\u306e\u5730\u56f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We conducted an interrupted time series analysis to evaluate changes in [monthly ambulance transports] associated with the introduction of [the emergency telephone consultation service (#7119)] in [January 2022]. Data from [January 2018] to [December 2025] ([48] months before and [48] months after the introduction) were analysed using segmented regression (Wagner et al., 2002), which included terms for the pre-intervention trend, the change in level immediately after the intervention, and the change in slope after the intervention. The expected form of the effect (a change in both level and slope) was specified a priori. Seasonality was adjusted for by including calendar month as a categorical variable. Stationarity of the pre-intervention series was assessed using the augmented Dickey\u2013Fuller and Kwiatkowski\u2013Phillips\u2013Schmidt\u2013Shin tests. Autocorrelation was assessed using the autocorrelation function of the residuals, and the final model was fitted by generalized least squares with a first-order autoregressive error structure, estimated by restricted maximum likelihood (Turner et al., 2021). Absolute and relative effects were estimated by comparing the fitted values with the counterfactual values predicted from the pre-intervention trend. All analyses were performed using R version [4.6.1] with the nlme package.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\uff08\u548c\u8a33\u306e\u8981\u70b9\uff1aITS\u30c7\u30b6\u30a4\u30f3\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3001\u671f\u9593\u3068\u4ecb\u5165\u6642\u70b9\u3001\u30bb\u30b0\u30e1\u30f3\u30c8\u56de\u5e30\u306e3\u3064\u306e\u9805\u3001\u52b9\u679c\u306e\u5f62\u3092\u4e8b\u524d\u306b\u6c7a\u3081\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3001\u6708\u30c0\u30df\u30fc\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u306e\u8abf\u6574\u3001\u4ecb\u5165\u524d\u306e\u5b9a\u5e38\u6027\u306e\u78ba\u8a8d\u3001\u6b8b\u5dee\u306e\u81ea\u5df1\u76f8\u95a2\u306e\u78ba\u8a8d\u3068GLS\uff0bAR(1)\uff08REML\uff09\u3001\u53cd\u4e8b\u5b9f\u3068\u306e\u6bd4\u8f03\u3067\u52b9\u679c\u3092\u8868\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the introduction of [#7119], [monthly ambulance transports] increased by [2.7] transports per month (95% CI, [1.9] to [3.5]). The residuals of the segmented regression showed positive first-order autocorrelation (lag-1 autocorrelation, [0.32]). After the introduction, there was an immediate decrease in level of [56.3] transports per month (95% CI, [25.8] to [86.9]) and a decrease in slope of [1.77] transports per month (95% CI, [0.64] to [2.90]), resulting in a post-intervention trend of [0.91] transports per month (95% CI, [0.13] to [1.70]). At [24] months after the introduction, the number of transports was estimated to be [97.1] per month (95% CI, [57.2] to [136.9]) lower than expected in the absence of the intervention, corresponding to a relative reduction of [7.7]%.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p
